Visions of the Body: Fashion or Invisible Corset

In this intriguing exhibition, a variety of designers and artists collaborate to explore the way in which clothing is used to accentuate the human body's natural angles and curves. Work on display ranges from the functional - a collection of airline stewardess-style uniforms - to the downright bizarre - a tunic designed to look like a straitjacket, or a plain cotton dress with a Victorian-style bustle. Diaphanous materials and bondage-style garments also feature heavily.
