Bold, brash and oh-so-cool, Aqua joins the throng of water-themed bars and eateries around the Soho area, inspired by St Martin's in London. Like restaurant Blue next door, the façade is entirely glass with a greenish hue, making it a be-seen place for flashier clientele. On a health tip, it offers nine different mineral waters from around the globe. Invented food dishes crop up on the menu and jazz musicicans lend it a more sultry feel on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
